Exchange & Return:

Client is required to notify us about the reason within 48 hours from receiving the shipment, otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

• Exchanges and returns are only allowed if an item is defective or incorrect measurements.
• Sold item should be exchanged or returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
• If there is a mistake from the customer in choosing the size, we can adjust for free and the shipping/delivery fee is paid by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification confirming the order placement. The total amount should be paid upon order and please ensure that the entered measurements are correct before submitting the order.

• Differento is based in Kingdom of Bahrain and ships internationally. The preparation period between 10 - 14 working days. However, for some items it might take more.
• Shipping to the GCC takes 2-3 days.
• Differento is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to incorrect address provided.
